Abstract
Experimental data for sound velocity and isentropic compressibility in binary mixtures of 1,1,2,2-tetrachloroethane with n-hexane, n-heptane, n-octane and n-nonane are reported at 303.15 and 313.15 K. Sound velocities have been analysed in terms of free length theory and collision factor theory. All the systems exhibited negative ΔKS values.
