Abstract
The serum-sickness type of penicillin reaction is becoming more frequent and more troublesome. The “occult” type, without a rash, requires differential diagnosis from many infectious diseases. Extremely gratifying results have been obtained with sodium dehydrocholate injections in the treatment of serum-sickness type of penicillin reactions.
