Abstract

Allergic hand eczema is one of the most annoying, embarrassing, disfiguring and incapacitating skin diseases. Its successful management is based on accurate diagnosis, finding and eliminating specific causal factors, and instituting the proper nonspecific, topical and systemic dermatologic therapy.
