Abstract

The incidence of parkinsonism has increased over 500 per cent since 1918. The disease is a neurologic residual of encephalitis, characterized by tremors of the extremities and head, slow speech, toe-foot gait and sweating. Chemotherapy is very disappointing. Patients were shown following operation. Sixty-five per cent of more than 600 patients have been rehabilitated. Six patients were presented at this diagnostic clinic.
