Abstract

Spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage of congenital origin in normal pregnancy is readily confused with legitimate complications of the parturient state, and must be more common than hitherto suspected. It requires a specific diagnostic and therapeutic approach to effect the full potential fetal and maternal survival.
