Ocular Manifestations of Carotid-Cavernous Fistulas

Abstract

DR. HENRY G. LANGWORTHY: Twenty-eight years ago, the late Dr. Joseph Schneider of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, left to the Interstate Postgraduate Medical Association a sum of money to administer, the income from which was to be expended for research on constitutional diseases and their relationship to the eye.

In presenting such a broad subject, many noted ophthalmologists have delivered their messages to these Assemblies.

As Director of the Fund for all these years, I take great pleasure in introducing to you Dr. Alfred 1. Elliot, Professor of Ophthalmology, University of Toronto Faculty of Medicine, who will present the special topic selected, which is Ocular Manifestations of Carotid-cavernous Fistulas.
