Present Evaluation and Future Potentialities of Cardiovascular Surgery

Abstract

The conditions of the heart and great vessels amenable to surgical treatment are noted. A brief discussion of several of these is given, including the methods of operative management employed. Finally, an attempt is made to survey the lines along which future progress will be made.
