Abstract
The combination of ethoheptazine citrate and acetylsalicylic acid produced satisfactory relief of postpartum pain in more than 90 per cent of a series of 227 unselected patients, without the addiction liability of other analgesic agents. In six of eight cases of confirmed postspinal headache the combination afforded moderate relief. Side effects were infrequent, and in no case did untoward reactions necessitate discontinuation of treatment.
