Holistic Approach in the Management of Angina Pectoris

Abstract

The holistic approach in the management of patients with angina pectoris includes attention to the patient's emotional and occupational needs and his capacity for activity, and the routine use of meprohamate. Vasodilators are not used. In a series of 30 patients treated by this method, satisfactory results were obtained in 24.
