Abstract
In the September issue of Postgraduate Medicine, an editorial by Dr. Fishbein commented on the responsibility of physicians in the refilling of prescriptions. Dr. Fishbein's editorial has elicited a response from a practicing pharmacist, and the Editors are pleased to present his comments in the editorial which follows.
