Cardiac Resuscitation: From Theory to Practice

Abstract

Cardiac resuscitation requires immediate institution of chest compression and an airway, coordinated and prompt team effort, and instant availability of certain basic equipment. With these requirements in mind, the authors present a system of emergency treatment for cardiac arrest in hospitalized patients.
