Abstract
Surgical treatment of aneurysms of the anterior communicating artery offers the patient distinct advantages over nonoperative management. A method is described which is used at the University of Minnesota Hospitals, and a series of 40 cases is reviewed. Morbidity and mortality rates were comparatively low.
