Abstract
Frustration in regard to office dermatology is unwarranted. By applying his general knowledge, the physician can effectively treat most skin disorders. Clinical features of the more common dermatologic diseases are presented, along with the preferred methods of treatment. Categories include acne, contact and atopic dermatitides, psoriasis, fungous infections, and benign and malignant neoplasms. Partial alopecia in women is also discussed briefly.
