Intravenous Cholangiography

Abstract

The indications for intravenous cholangiography, the incidence of adverse reactions to the contrast agent, the technic of examination, and the selection of patients are considered. Results are reviewed with emphasis on the value of the time-density-retention concept in the diagnosis of obstruction of the common bile duct.
