Abstract

Radiology in South Vietnam is confined largely to cases of trauma and chest examinations. Most examinations are done with 15 ma portable machines, since unstable voltage prevents use of 100 ma equipment. The country has only a few trained radiologists. Continued American assistance is necessary to increase the number of physicians and medical facilities.
