Cutaneous Manifestations of Endocrine Disorders

Abstract

Skin changes are associated with a number of pituitary disorders, among them panhypopituitarism, gigantism, acromegaly, Cushing's syndrome, and secondary Cushing's syndrome, an entity following excessive or protracted use of corticosteroids. Pituitary, thyroid, parathyroid, adrenocortical, testicular and ovarian disorders are discussed.
