Understanding Sexual Deviations

Second of two Parts

, M.D.
Pages 169-173 | Published online: 18 Apr 2016

Abstract

Most sexual deviations cause little physical or psychologic harm and few involve physical force. Whether they are considered deviate or criminal depends on the social setting. The first part of this article explained exhibitionism, voyeurism, sadomasochism, rape and incest. The conclusion presents views on homosexuality, lesbianism, transvestism, transsexualism, pedophilia and “sex crimes.”
