Abstract

Lymphoproliferative disorders make up 3.4 percent of all malignant diseases. Physicians are traditionally pessimistic about these diseases, but many patients with early lesions can be cured. In some centers 73 to 90 percent of patients with stage I or II-A disease who have received aggressive radiotherapy have been disease-free for five years.
