Interpretation of Intravenous Pyelograms

Abstract

Pyelography should start with a technically adequate preinjection film. The density and duration of the excretory nephrogram are directly related to the amount of contrast material injected. Tomography will visualize areas of interest when ordinary pyelograms would be of poor quality.
