Abstract

Computers can eliminate much of the tedious labor of quality control programs. The larger the laboratory, the more elaborate the system can be. Ultimately nearly every laboratory will have direct linkage with a computer, but until that time comes any laboratory, regardless of size, can benefit by using a computer on a limited basis for quality control calculations.
