Abstract

A woman about one month pregnant was hospitalized with a pulsating abdominal mass. During the diagnostic work-up, she received 15 to 25 rad over the uterus. When the mass, an aortic aneurysm, was resected, the aortic blood flow was interrupted for 90 minutes. She later gave birth to a normal term infant.
