Abstract
When confronted with a patient with erythema nodosum, what should the physician do? First, he should pinpoint the cause. Is it an infection, or is it drug-induced? Once he determines this, he can either treat the infection or remove the drug. Then he may use bed rest, compresses, steroid cream, analgesics and antibiotics.
