Abstract

A black eye, multiple scratches and bruises, and frequent vomiting were the clues that led to the x-ray diagnosis of duodenal hematoma in a little girl complaining of abdominal pain. A history of abdominal injury could not be obtained, but significant trauma must have occurred.
