Advances in Diagnostic Radiology

Abstract

Among the many recent strides in diagnostic radiology, the work of the Japanese in the detection of early gastric cancer is outstanding. The excellence of these studies is rarely matched in the West. Other relatively new developments in this field include neutron radiography, a transjugular, approach to percutaneous cholangiography, selective angiography for intravertebral tumors and ischemic lesions, and wider applications of thermographic technics.
