How I Treat Pyoderma Gangrenosum

Abstract

Pyoderma gangrenosum is a progressive ulcerative disease of the skin that occasionally is extremely fulminating and destructive and often occurs in association with chronic ulcerative colitis. Management includes local treatment of the ulcer, systemic treatment with corticosteroids, and treatment of any associated disease.
