Multiple Episodes of Ventricular Fibrillation in Acute Myocardial Infarction

Abstract

The lesson in this case is clear: Never give up, no matter how many times a patient with myocardial infarction goes into ventricular fibrillation. For this patient, hospital day 24 was the most critical. In 24 hours, 27 precordial shocks were required.
