Abstract
Low, or cervical, cesarean section is the preferred method of abdominal delivery. In those unusual cases in which this operation cannot be done, low classic cesarean section is proposed as a replacement for the standard classic approach. lt meets the requirements of the classic corporeal operation and offers advantages of the low-segment approach as well. The uterus is incised transversely in the upper part of the lower segment.
