The wide range of clinical manifestations of neuroblastoma forces clinicians to keep this tumor in mind at all times. Initial symptoms may arise from the primary lesion or from metastases. Diagnosis may be obvious or obscure. This discussion details the symptoms and physical and x-ray findings of neuroblastomas originating in the head, neck, chest, abdomen, pelvis and spine.
