Abstract
Cutaneous reactions to solar radiation are of several types. Proper management depends on a specific diagnosis. This can be obtained by means of selected screening tests and ether laboratory procedures. After the definitive diagnosis is established, judicious use of appropriate therapeutic agents is often beneficial.
