Abstract
Diagnosis of trifascicular block in a middle-aged man with increasingly frequent and severe anginal symptoms was based on right bundle-branch block combined with left anterior hemiblock on one occasion and with left posterior hemiblock on another. Bypass grafts from the aorta to the right coronary artery and left circumflex artery were performed.
