At a time when some people look on the network of health services as amorphous and growing out of control, computer technology is bringing us to a new communications era and the possibility of superb reintegration. The physician's traditional dedication to a personal relationship between the patient and the person offering health care can be a strong influence in directing the changes that are bound to come.
