Gaseous indigestion reviewing the record

Abstract

Patients who complain of gaseous indigestion may be more sensitive to an underlying intestinal motor abnormality than are others with similar dysfunctbn. Modifications in living and eating habits are basic steps that can be taken to relieve the problem; drugs that alter intestinal activity or responses may be effective.
