Myeloproliferative diseases

Abstract

The myeloproliferative diseases all arise primarily from the bone marrow but vary considerably in symptoms, therapy, and prognosis. The most common appears to be agnogenic myeloid metaplasia, which is often complicated by hepatomegaly and anemia.
