The neurologic workup by the primary care physician

, MD
Pages 77-86 | Published online: 07 Jul 2016

Abstract

The neurologic workup does not differ greatly from a general assessment of the patient's health and is readily done by the primary care physician. No diagnostic procedure can supplant the physician's judgment during the initial history taking and examination, and no machine can take over these functions.
