Therapy for essential cutaneous telangiectasia

Abstract

Injections of a weak solution of sodium chloride into dilated vessels have been effective in a common variety of telangiectasia characterized by linear lesions on the lower extremities. In a series of more than 150 patients treated during an eight-year period, satisfaction with results is near 100%.
