Of the many bacteria and other agents that can cause diarrhea, Campylobacter is one of the lesser known. Recently, however, it has been identified as one of the most common causes of human infectious diarrhea worldwide. Dr Amin provides a comprehensive review of current knowledge concerning this pathogen.
