Whom to evaluate and how to treat

Headache is one of the ten most common reasons for visiting a physician. Although many studies have linked food allergy with headache, the subject has often been ignored or minimized in the literature. Now is the time to acknowledge this relationship, according to Dr Mansfield, who describes how diet modification and avoidance can bring relief to many patients with migraine or sinus headache.
