Unexplained right hilar mass

The presence of a right hilar mass as the initial sign in a 40-year-old man led to an unusual diagnosis. In this case report, Drs Darrow and Media describe the diagnostic processes used to determine the cause of the mass and discuss the currently accepted treatment option.
