Cat-scratch disease without the cat scratch

Patients with cat-scratch disease usually present with regional lymphadenopathy and a papulopustular lesion at the site of the scratch. However, the patient described in this article had not been scratched, and she presented with unusual manifestations of the disease, including fever, conjunctival congestion, and periorbital swelling.
