A talk with Sen Phil Gramm

Pages 51-54 | Published online: 05 Dec 2017

Abstract

More than 6 months have passed since President Clinton presented his healthcare reform plan to Congress. Since then, Sen Phil Gramm (R, Texas) and several others have introduced healthcare reform bills. Will Congress eventually pass a bill on healthcare reform? What should physicians expect? We asked Senator Gramm to discuss his bill and to update physicians on how reform is shaping up.
