An Innovative Project in Educational Technology: the Panama‐Venezuela Project

Abstract

This article presents the characteristics of an innovative project which is being implemented in the field of educational technology in Panama and Venezuela. The report refers to those actions which have taken place in Venezuela and to the general design which is appropriate to both countries. The project emphasizes in‐service training of a cadre of professionals who will direct efforts to identify and resolve significant problems in education. The results of the project are the resolution of a specific problem, the training of a nucleus of highly qualified people and the development of a diffusion system for the general approach.
