Herewith we begin publication of material that has been prepared by the Secondary School Committee of the Association on Procedures for Teachers of Speech in Secondary Schools. Future issues of the Journal will carry material on all phases of speech in secondary schools, material prepared under the supervision of this committee and representing the most advanced methods in use today.
