Radiation of ultrarelativistic positrons passing a monocrystal near the crystallographic axes and planes

Abstract

The radiation of high energy positron channelling in diamond crystals is investigated experimentally. The spectral distributions of the radiation intensity for planar channelling (plane (01l)) at positron energies E 0=2, 4, 6, 10, 14 and 16 GeV as well as for axial channelling (axis [100]) at E 0 = 4, 6, 10 and 14 GeV are given.
