Hyperchanneling positron radiation spectrum structure

Abstract

The possibility of splitting of the spectral maxima in the hyperchanneling positron radiation spectrum was shown in the case of the averaged crystal potential without axial symmetry. Theoretical results obtained for spectrum splitting were used for interpretation of experiments on axial positron channeling in diamond and silicon single crystals.
