Composition En Acides Gras Des Lipides Polaires Et Neutres De Sporothrix schenckii Et De Ceratocystis stenoceras

Summary

The fatty acids contained in the neutral and polar lipids from Sporothrix schenckii and Ceratocystis stenoceras and 3 mutants of the latter fungus were found to be identical. The major fatty acids were palmitic, oleic and linoleic. The fungi had similar quantitative composition especially the mutant strains and S. schenckii. This observation provides more data regarding the possible relationship between Ceratocystis and sporothrix.

Abstract

L'étude des acides gras des lipides neutres et polaires de Sporothrix schenckii, de Ceratocystis stenoceras et de 3 mutants obtenus à partir de ce dernier montre une identité de composition qualitative. Les acides gras majeurs sont l'acide palmitique, l'acide oléique et l'acide linoléique. Une ressemblance de composition quantitative apparaît entre les champignons, mais particulièrement nette entre S. schenckii et les trois mutants de Ceratocystis, elle apporte des arguments supplémentaires concernant une parenté possible entre les deux genres.
