Abstract

An evaluation procedure is described which combines some generally accepted quality control methods for validation of instruments and methods. The procedure calls for multiple determinations performed at each of several dose levels. Statistical calculations yield information on precision as a function of dose level and, by means of regression analysis, an estimate of accuracy in terms of slope, intercept, and deviation from linearity.
