Partners for success: A collaborative program between the Smith College School for Social Work and the Springfield, Massachusetts, public schools

Abstract

This article traces the development of the collaborative project, Partners for Success, and describes its conceptual underpinnings, purposes, goals, operations and services, the findings from program evaluations, and planned future developments. Insights gained from experience and from several program evaluations are described from the perspective of how they will affect program and practice model development.
