Summary
The genus Amberana Distant, 1908 is updated taxonomically with the description of two new species, A. peyrierasi Soulier-Perkins & Le Cesne, n. sp., and A. harandranomasina Le Cesne & Soulier-Perkins, n. sp., and a note concerning A. limbata Lallemand, 1955. An updated key to the 22 known species is provided.
Résumé
Deux nouvelles espèces d’Amberana Distant, 1908 (Hemiptera : Cicadomorpha : Cercopidae) de Madagascar. La taxonomie du genre Amberana Distant, 1908 est mise à jour avec la description de deux espèces, A. peyrierasi Soulier-Perkins & Le Cesne, n. sp., et A. harandranomasina Le Cesne & Soulier-Perkins, n. sp., et une note concernant A. limbata Lallemand, 1955. Une clé d’identification pour les 22 espèces du genre est mise à jour et présentée ici.
