Christina Baker

Christina Baker is Assistant Professor of Latin/x American Theater and Performance at Temple University. She has published numerous articles on performative acts of dissidence and resistance across the Americas. With a particular emphasis on the social significance of sound, her work explores possibilities for affective expression beyond embodied and linguistic gesture.
