Victoria M. Muñoz

Victoria M. Muñoz is assistant professor in the English Department at The City University of New York’s Eugenio María de Hostos Community College and the recipient of a 2022 Mellon Foundation/American Council of Learned Societies (ACLS) research fellowship. Her research specialties are early modern Anglo-Iberian literary and imperial relations, romance literature, and drama. Her first book, Spanish Romance in the Battle for Global Supremacy: Tudor and Stuart Black Legends, was published in 2021 in Anthem Press’s World Epic and Romance series.
